Specialties:
A message from Emily: “My number one priority is to help you discover what your body NEEDS everyday and take the stress away from food. Diet culture convinces us that restriction is key, but what does this do? We end up tired, confused, craving food, and begin a vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting. No more of this friends. It’s time to enjoy food again and feel your best!”

Specialties:
A message from Michael: “A phrase I have coined and live by is, ‘we cannot change our genetics, but we can change our plates.’ Nutrition is wonderful and something that we as individuals get to choose on a daily basis — now let’s make those choices work for us and who we want to be!”

Specialties:
A message from Maria: “In the past, I struggled to understand good nutrition and waded through many diet trends without benefit. I studied nutrition science because I wanted to learn more about how to nourish myself and my family. Now I get to use what I learned to help the people I love the most and help others in my community. I believe everyone is worthy of good nutrition and nutrition education. I want to be your trusted resource and help you develop a simple eating strategy you enjoy.”
“Three months later I feel much more sustained levels of energy all day, enjoy preparing and eating more healthy, and I have received a 20% reduction in bad cholesterol levels proven by comparing blood work taken before and after.”
